Steve was born out of the area and moved to the Mohawk Valley at an early age where he was raised.  Starting at childhood he was very active in sports including skiing, baseball, soccer as well as track and field events.  He carried these sports through school and into college where he added rugby, rock climbing and scuba diving to his repertoire.  

 

Steve attended college at SUNY Canton where he received his education in the legal field then SUNY Potsdam where he studied Psychology.  After college he continued with his sports and worked in the legal/justice field for approximately 20 years until an injury forced him into early retirement.  During his recovery from the injury he went through surgery and two years of extensive physical therapy and massage therapy for his healing process.  It was at this time he started to gain an interest in the field of Sports Medicine.  

 

Steve attended The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy.  After graduating and attaining several additional certifications through continuing education he has developed his style of therapy that incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial/Microfascal Therapy and Sports Massage.

Steve strives to give his clients a customized session that will promote relaxation, healing and an overall sense of well being.
